Experience that cannot be learned from study alone.
I did not become an adviser through study alone. My method comes from more than thirty years as an entrepreneur: creating and managing businesses, investments, construction projects, relationships with banks, suppliers and institutions, periods of growth and situations in which every decision could change a company’s future.
Along the way I achieved results, faced difficulties and also made mistakes. Looking back, I would approach some choices differently. I learned that advice may be technically correct in isolation without being the best solution for the business as a whole.
Before proposing a course of action, I therefore consider figures, people, assets, timing, risks and operational consequences together.
I offer what I would have wanted beside me in the most difficult moments: coordinated guidance that considers the real consequences before a decision is made.
